摘要
高校消防安全管理工作在高等教育发展中占据着举足轻重的地位。高校消防安全管理工作长期处于经验管理和单纯地依靠行政手段进行管理的状态。为提升高校消防安全管理工作的科学化和高效性,有必要在工作中实施系统化管理,构建高校消防安全管理的三大系统,即实现消防组织管理系统化,实现消防设施管理系统化,实现消防预防管理系统化。
Fire safety management at colleges and universities plays an important role in the development of higher education. This work, however, has been managed solely by administrative means. To make the management more scientific and efficient, it is crucial to manage fire safety in colleges and universities in a systematic manner. The key is to construct three systems, i.e., systemization of fire protection organization management, systemization of fire protection facilities management, and systemization of fire prevention management.
