摘要
目的:优选生姜榨汁、生姜煮汁和干姜煮汁3种炮制辅料的制备工艺参数。方法:采用HPLC法检测3种姜汁里面主要成分6-姜辣素和8-姜酚含量,选择6-姜辣素、8-姜酚含量作综合评价指标,并应用正交试验方法进行优选。结果:生姜榨汁工艺参数为:加水来回压榨4次,每次加入15%的水,滤去残渣,低温旋转蒸发,使其变成1g/mL的溶液;生姜煮汁工艺参数为:加水煎煮3次,一次加入5倍量水,煎煮30min,每次得到的液体都滤去残渣。将3次得到的液体加在一起,旋转蒸发至浓度约为1g/mL;干姜煮汁工艺参数为:用12倍量的水煮沸1h后,过滤,残渣再用10倍量的水煮沸1h,再过滤,残渣再用8倍量的水煮沸1h,过滤,把3次得到的滤液体加在一起,旋转蒸发至浓度约为0.33g/mL。结论:优选的3种姜汁的制备工艺稳定可行,为探究不同姜汁炮制药物产生的差异影响,更好地采用针对性姜汁炮制药物使姜制饮片发挥其最佳效果奠定基础。
Objective: To optimize the parametric methods of fresh ginger juice (FGJ), boiled juice from fresh ginger (BJFG) and boiled juice from dried ginger (BJDG). Methods: The contents of 6-gingerol and 8-Gingerol was determined by HPLC as the comprehensive evaluation index, and orthogonal experimental design was applied to optimize the parametric methods of ginger juice. Results: The parametric method of FGJ was to add water to fresh ginger bulk and squeeze for four times, the ratio of water of each time was 15% comparing to fresh ginger, the filtrate of four times merged and condensed with rotary evaporation at low temperature to lg/mL. The parametric method of BJFG was to add water to fresh ginger bulk and boil for three times, 5 times the amount of water at a time, boiling for 0.5h, merging the filtrate and condensed with rotary evaporation to lg/mL; The parametric method of BJDG was to add 12 times water to dried ginger bulk and boil for lh, filtering, adding 10 times water to residue and boil for lh, filtering, adding 8 times water to residue and boil for lh, filtering, merging the filtrate and condensed with rotary evaporation to 0.33g/mL. Conclusion: The parametric methods of the three ginger juice is stable and feasible, which laid the foundation of studying the influence on drugs processed by different ginger juice and playing the best effects of drugs processed bv orooer ginger guice.
