摘要
通过调整结构面层用钢配置方式,制造出由钢纤维、泡沫混凝土和钢筋混凝土复合而成的3块密肋足尺寸试验墙板,其中2块试验板分别进行了整条钢带和小段钢带的粘钢处理.通过对试验板的水平拟静力试验,测得各板的荷载-位移曲线.比较试验数据,得到粘钢能和构件共同受力并能大幅度提高试件的承载能力、刚度,但延性和耗能能力差,仅配有纵向受力钢筋和钢纤维体积率为的复合墙板滞回曲线最饱满、延性、耗能能力最佳的结论.
Kept the total amount of steel unchanged,three pieces full scale composite multi-ribbed test slabs were made of the steel fiber,foam concrete and the reinforced concrete with the diverse distribution of bars and steel fiber in face layer.The two test-pieces bonding the whole and short steel strip.Through the horizontal pseudo-static test of the slabs,the load-displacement experiment curve is obtained.Compared the experiment datum of these composite slabs,the conclusion is gained.The enclosure steel can be bear the load with wallboard and the stringency and inflexibility are raise but the energy dissipation and ductility are decreased.The volume fraction Vf =1.5% has the super aseismic performance and ductility.
