摘要
为探究西辽河平原地区宽行种植模式下春玉米叶片的生理特性,2015-2016年在内蒙古民族大学实验农场,以农华101为供试品种、当地农民常规种植模式为对照,在6×104株·hm-2、7.5×104株·hm-2和9×104株·hm-2种植密度下,研究宽行种植模式对春玉米叶片SOD、POD酶活性,MDA含量,SPAD值及产量的影响.结果表明,不同种植密度下宽行种植模式实测产量均显著高于对照,以7.5×104株·hm-2种植密度下产量最高,且增产幅度最大;SOD酶活性、POD酶活性各时期均高于对照,MDA含量均低于对照;SPAD值各时期均高于对照,除吐丝期外,均达显著水平.
The physiological characteristics of spring maize leaves under the pattern of wide-row planting in the West Liaohe Plain, at the experimental farm of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities from 2015 to 2016 werestudied. The 101 NH. variety was planted at, 7.5×10^4 plants·hm-2 and 9×10^4 plants·hm-2 planting density and 6×10^4 plants·hm-2, the conventional planting pattern of local farmers as control. The effects of wide-row plantingpatternson the SOD enzyme activity, POD enzyme activity, MDA content, SPAD value and yields of spring maize were determined. Under the different planting densities, the actual yields of wide-row planting pattern was significantly higher than that of the control, with the highest yield and the largest yield increase was under the planting density of 7.5×10^4 plants·hm- 2. The activities of SOD and POD were higher and the contents of MDA were all lower than those of the control at each growth stage of wide-row planting pattern. The SPAD value was significantly higher than that of the control at all growth stage except at the silking stage.
