摘要
毛公铁矿存在着由采空区批量冒落而引起的气浪冲击危害。根据矿山的地质条件、开采现状以及监测结果,分析了采空区冒落的发生条件以及冒落发生的主要地点,在此基础上,按崩落法本质安全理念,研究提出在分段之间上盘面之下的矿体里掘进沿脉切割巷道,布置扇形中深孔回采形成切割空间,并与回采进路协同退采的方案,保障采空区顶板的零星冒落。同时,在新老空区连通时,采取控制冒落形式与工作面防护相结合的方法,严防空区冒落冲击危害。提出的治理方法,既有利于对新增空区顶板冒落形式控制,也有利于降低上盘侧采出矿石的贫化率,实现了采空区的安全经济治理。
There exists a danger of air shock waves in Maogong Iron Mine caused by masses of roof falling in mined-out area. According to the mine geological conditions,mining status and monitoring results,the occurrence conditions and the main locations of roof falling are analyzed. On this basis,according to the intrinsic safety of caving method,the scheme is put forward,including driving and cutting roadway along the ore-body under the hanging wall between the sub-sections,layout of fan-shaped medium-depth hole mining to form spatial cutting,and coordinating with the extracting drift to realize retreating mining,so as to ensure pieces of roof falling. At the same time,the combination of the falling control and the mining surface protection when the new and old of mined-out space is connected is adopted to prevent the danger of roof falling. This method is not only beneficial to controlling the caving form in the newly mined-out areas,but also to reducing the ore dilution rate on the side of the footwall,so as to realize the safe and economic governance of mined-out areas in Maogong Iron Mine.
