摘要
为研究汽车用户相关可靠性,了解用户使用信息,提出一种基于灰色关联分析的汽车可靠性问卷有效评价方法。该方法以问卷内部一致性可信度为依据,确定各个评价子模型并获得子模型得分矩阵,使用灰色关联度法确定子模型的权重,获得权重矩阵,然后经过简单计算获得问卷总评得分,最终通过对所有总评得分的拟合优度检验筛选出有效问卷,并结合车联网技术对有效问卷中的信息进行验证。应用结果表明,该方法算法简便,能合理筛选有效问卷,结果能同时反映决策者的主客观信息,并且有效问卷中的信息与车联网采集的信息相吻合。
In order to research automobile reliability correlated with customer and understand customer information, a method for evaluating the validity of automobile reliability questionnaire is proposed based on grey incidence. The approach determines each evaluation model based on questionnaire internal consistency reliability and obtains the score matrix, uses the law of grey incidence to determine the weights of each evaluation model, gains weight matrix, and then gets the score of every questionnaire, finally goodness of fit test is performed on score to screen out the valid questionnaire, and the information of valid questionnaire is authenticated by vehicle-network. The results indicate that the method can screen out the valid questionnaire reasonably by an easy algorithm, and the subjective information and the objective information of are integrated, and the information from questionnaire is similar to that from vehicle-network.
