摘要
对地沟油经过除杂、酸化脱色、水洗等步骤后经皂化反应得到脂肪羧酸钠阴离子表面活性剂。采用正交实验方法得出产物的最佳合成路线为:w(氢氧化钠):w(油)=1:1,温度55℃,反应时间5h,溶液pH值为9. 0。该条件下,产率为89. 78%;通过红外光谱仪对产物的结构进行了表征。通过电导率实验可知:25℃时产物的临界胶束浓度为1. 8×10^(-4)mol/L。将脂肪羧酸钠配制成工业用清洗剂,通过去污性能试验,可知其去污性能较好,可以满足工业生产的需求。
The sodium aliphatic sodium carboxylate anionic surfactant was obtained by saponification reaction after the steps of removing impurities, acidizing and decoloring, and washing. Using orthogonal experiment methodto obtain the best synthetic route of the product as : w ( sodium hydroxide) : w (oil) = 1 : 1, reaction temperature of 55 ℃, reaction time of 5 h and solution pH value of 9.0, under the condition of the product yield was 89.78% ;The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectrometer. By electrical conductivity experiment indicated :25℃ when the product of the critical micelle concentration for 1.8 × 10 -4 mol/L-1. The preparation of sodium fatty carboxylate into industrial cleaning agent, through the decontamination performance test, it is known that its decontamination performance is better, can meet the needs of industrial production.
