近十年我国应用型创新人才培养研究述评 被引量:3

摘要 应用型创新人才培养是我国近十年来教育界的热门话题。对应用型创新人才培养的系统研究肇始于本世纪初高校扩招时期,其研究领域主要涉及应用型创新人才的内涵、特征及其分类、应用型创新人才培养的路径选择和个案研究等。学术界对应用型创新人才培养的研究,为地方本科院校的教学改革提供理论指导。但近十年来国内学术界对此领域的研究,存在着观点趋同,结论缺乏充分证据支撑等问题;研究缺乏系统性、层次性和结构性;研究方法传统、落后;理论研究不足,不能有力地指导高校应用型创新人才培养实践。 The cultivation of applied innovative talents has been a hot topic in China for nearly one decade. The systematic re-search on the cultivation of applied innovative talents began in the expansion of colleges and universities at the turn of the century.The research field mainly involves the connotation, characteristics and classification of applied innovative talents, the path selection ofcultivating applied innovative talents, and case studies, etc. These researches in the academic filed have provided theoretical guidanceon the teaching reform of local undergraduate universities and colleges. For the past ten years, however, there has still been manyproblems existed in the scholarship such as convergence of viewpoints and insufficient evidence, the lack of systematic, stratigraphicand structural features, traditional and backward research methods, the deficiency of theoretical research which is not effective enoughto guide the cultivation practice of applied innovative talents in colleges and universities.
