摘要
随着世界经济增长步伐的加快,现在许多国家都深刻地感受到技能人才尤其是优秀技能人才的短缺。在一定时期借助于举办或参加技能大赛,促进技能人才的成长和选拔,有助于推动职业教育事业的快速发展,这是中国产业发展成为制造强国的有效途径之一。企业需要"工匠精神",高职院校在人才培养上也不能脱节。文章从职业技能大赛与"工匠精神"的当代意义、职业技能大赛"工匠精神"培育的内涵关系与互动关联、"工匠精神"如何引领职业技能大赛几个方面论述高职职业技能大赛与高技能人才培养的耦合关系。
With the acceleration of the pace of world economic growth, many countries now deeply feel the shortage of skilledtalents, especially excellent skilled personnel. Promoting the growth and selection of skilled talents by holding or participating in skillcompetitions ina certain period of time will help promote the rapid development of vocational education. This is one of the effectiveways for China＇s industrial development to become a manufacturing power. Enterprises need ＂artisan spirit＂, and higher vocational col-leges can＇t be out of touch in talent training. This article discusses the high vocational skill competition and high skill from the pro-fessional significance contest and the contemporary meaning of ＂artisan spirit＂, the connotation relationship and interaction of the ＂ar-tisan spirit＂ cultivation, and how the ＂artisan spirit＂ leads the vocational skill competition.
