摘要
目的:观察穴位敷贴对哮喘病患者气道高反应性的影响。方法:选择2017年4月至2018年4月湖北省中医院呼吸科门诊就诊的哮喘患者84例,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予西医抗感染、扩张支气管及糖皮质激素类药物对症治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用穴位敷贴疗法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率达95.24%,对照组有效率76.19%,治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义;两组治疗后肺通气功能均有所改善,治疗组治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平均优于对照组(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义;治疗组气道高反应性阳性率优于对照组(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:穴位敷贴能改善哮喘患者的症状及气道高反应性,提高临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the influence of acupoint application on airway hyperresponsiveness of patients with asthma.Methods: Eighty-four cases of asthma patients treated in the Department of Respiration of Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random digital table method,with 42 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with Western medicine for anti infection,Dilatation of the bronchus and glucocorticoids for symptomatic treatment.The ones in the treatment group were treated with acupoint application based on the treatment of the control group.Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.24%,while that of the control group was 76.19%,the treatment group was better than the control group( P 〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The pulmonary ventilation function of the two groups was improved after the treatment.The levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were better than those of the control group( P 〈 0.05).The differences were statistically significant.The positive rate of the airway hyperresponsiveness in the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P 〈 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Acupoint application can improve symptoms and airway hyperresponsiveness of asthma patients,and improve clinical efficacy.
