摘要
目的:观察金蓝颗粒对幼龄实验动物急性非特异性炎症的抑制作用和解热作用。方法:通过二甲苯性耳肿胀模型,观察金蓝颗粒对幼龄小鼠耳郭肿胀程度的影响,评价金蓝颗粒抑制急性炎症反应的作用;选用家兔内毒素发热和大鼠酵母发热两种发热模型,观察药物对外源性刺激导致幼龄实验动物发热的影响,评价药物的解热作用。结果:金蓝颗粒可不同程度地降低二甲苯所致幼龄小鼠耳郭急性炎症反应的耳肿胀度和肿胀率,阿司匹林组、清咽颗粒组和金蓝颗粒提取物各剂量组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(分别P<0.001,0.001,0.01,0.05,0.01,0.01);金蓝颗粒在多个时间点可显著降低内毒素致幼龄家兔和酵母致幼龄大鼠的体温,具有较好的解热作用。家兔静脉注射内毒素后,模型组在0.5~5.0h之间,体温持续升高,与空白对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,0.001,0.001,0.001,0.001,0.001,0.001)。金蓝颗粒剂量1组可显著降低1~5 h内体温,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,0.001,0.001,0.001,0.001,0.001);金蓝颗粒剂量2组可显著降低1~5 h内体温,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,0.01,0.001,0.001,0.001,0.01);金蓝颗粒剂量3组可显著降低1~5 h内体温,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,0.05,0.001,0.001,0.001,0.01);金蓝颗粒剂量4组可显著降低2 h、3 h体温,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。幼龄大鼠背部皮下注射酵母混悬液后,模型组在0.5~6.0 h之间体温持续升高,金蓝颗粒剂量1组可显著降低1~5 h时间点体温升高值,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,0.05,0.01,0.05,0.05);金蓝颗粒剂量2组可显著降低1 h、3 h、4 h时间点体温,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);金蓝颗粒剂量3组可显著降低3 h和4 h体温,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);金蓝颗粒剂量4组虽有降低体温的趋势,但与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:金蓝颗粒对幼龄小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀非特异性急性炎症反应有较好的抑制作用,在一定程度上可以降低内毒素致幼龄家兔发热和酵母致幼龄大鼠发热模型的体温。
Objective:To observe the inhibitory effect and antipyretic effect of Jinlan Granule on acute non-specific inflammation in young experimental animals. Methods : The effects of Jinlan Granules on the degree of ear swelling in young mice were observed by xylene ear swelling model. The effect of Jinlan Granules on acute inflammatory response was evaluated. Rabbit endotoxin fever and rat yeast fever were used. The fever model was used to observe the effect of exogenous stimulation of the drug on the fever of young experimental animals and to evaluate the antipyretic effect of the drug. Results : Jiulan Granules could reduce the ear swelling and swelling rate of acute inflammation of auricles in young mice induced by xylene, and the dose groups and model groups of aspirin group, Qing Lan Granule group and Jinlan Granule extract. In comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.001, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0.01, 〈 0.05, 〈 0.01, 〈 0.01, respectively) ; gold blue granules significantly reduced endotoxin-induced young rabbits and young rats induced by yeast at various time points. Body temperature has a good antipyretic effect. After intravenous injection of endotoxin in rabbits,the model group was between 0.5 and 5.0 hours, and the body temperature continued to increase. Com- pared with that of the blank control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001 ). The dose of Jinlan Granules in group 1 significantly decreased the body temperature within 1 - 5 h. Compared with that of the model group,the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001 ). The dose of ]inlan Granules can significantly lower the body temperature of group 2 within 1 - 5 h. Compared with that of the model group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01, 〈 0.01, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 01 ). The dose of Jinlan Granules in 3 groups can significantly reduce the body temperature within 1 - 5 h. Compared with that of the model group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05, 〈 0.05, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0. 001, 〈 0.01 ). The dose of Jinlan Granules was significantly lower in 2 groups' 3 h body temperature. Compared with that of the model group, the difference was sta- tistically significant ( both P 〈 0. 001 ). After the subcutaneous injection of yeast suspension in the back of young rats, the body temperature of the model group continued to increase between 0.5 and 6.0 h, and the dose of Jinlan Granules 1 significantly de- creased the temperature increase at 1 to 5 h. Compared with that of the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05, 〈 0.05, 〈 0.01, 〈 0.05, 〈 0.05 ). The dose of Jinlan Granules in group 2 significantly decreased the body tempera- ture at 1 h,3 h,4 h, compared with the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). The dose of Jinlan Granules in group 3 can significantly reduce the body temperature of 3 h and 4 h, compared with the model group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The dose of Jinlan Granules in group 4 decreased the trend of increasing body tempera- ture. However, compared with that of the model group, the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Jin- lan Granule can inhibit the non-specific acute inflammatory reaction of xylene ear swelling in young mice, and can reduce the fever of young model rabbits induced by endotoxin and the fever induced by yeast in young rats.
