摘要
公路隧道围岩大变形是工程中常见的工程地质问题,给工程建设带来了极大的困扰。为了研究隧道围岩大变形易造成开挖面失稳坍塌、冒顶、侵界等工程问题,以某隧道在断层破碎带处发生大变形处治过程为案例,系统归纳总结了解决类似软弱围岩大变形的工作流程及处治措施。工作流程包括:原因分析处治措施效果评价;在施工过程中通过发挥信息化施工的作用、适当加大预留变形量、合理设置支护参数、临时补强隧道衬砌、及时变更施工工法、设置超前预支护、增加长锚杆、加强防排水等综合措施,可有效控制公路隧道软弱围岩大变形。
The large deformation of surrounding rock of expressway tunnels is a common engineering geological problem in tunnel projects, which brings huge difficulty to project construction. In order to study results of the large deformation such as instability, collapse, roof collapse and abduction of the excavation surface in the tunnels, taking a large deformation process of one tunnel in the fault fracture zone as a case, this paper systematically summarizes the workflow and treatment measures for large deformation of similar weak surrounding rock .The workflow includes: cause analysis →treatment measures→effect evaluation. In the construction process, it can effectively control the large deformation of the soft surrounding rock of expressway tunnels by the comprehensive measures such as information construction, appropriate increase of the amount of deformation, reasonable setting of support parameters, temporary reinforcement of tunnel lining, timely change of construction methods,pre-supporting, increasing long anchors and strengthening drainage .
