拟穴青蟹两个形态群体线粒体呼吸速率对低温应激的响应

摘要 前期的研究结果表明拟穴青蟹螯足腕节外缘有1根刺(Sp1)和有2根刺(Sp2)的群体其代谢水平存在季节差异。实验进一步比较拟穴青蟹这两个形态群体鳃线粒体呼吸速率对低温应激的响应。温度从25℃骤降至15℃,在24 h试验过程中Sp1和Sp2线粒体呼吸速率变化都很小。温度骤降至11℃,以琥珀酸或丙酮酸+苹果酸为底物,Sp1鳃测得的状态3和4速率均表现为显著提高,Sp2鳃线粒体呼吸速率上升的程度不如Sp1明显。温度骤降至7℃对Sp1和Sp2线粒体呼吸速率的影响较小,应激第24 h时Sp1鳃仅以琥珀酸为底物测得的状态3速率显著升高,但Sp2鳃以琥珀酸为底物测得的状态3速率却反而降低。因此,一定程度的低温应激青蟹的代谢水平将有所补偿,但温度下降幅度过大机体的温度补偿能力可能会受到抑制。 In previous research, we found that the population of Scylla paramamosain with one spine on the outer margin of the carpus(Sp1)and the population with two spines had different metabolic levels during seasonal acclimation. This study further compared the responses of mitochondrial respiratory rates of these two morphological populations of S. to low temperature shock. After the temperature quickly droppedfrom 25 to 15 ℃, little change was detected in the mitochondrial respiratory rate in the gill of both Sp1 and Sp2 during the 24 h experimental course. After the temperature dropped to 11 ℃,the state 3 and 4 rates using succinate or pyruvate + malate as substrate in the gill of Sp1 significantly elevated, and the augment of mitochondrial respiratory rate in the gill of Sp2 was less pronounced compared to Sp1. The temperature drop to7℃ had small effects on the mitochondrial respiratory rate of Sp1 and Sp2. At the twenty-fourth hours of low temperature shock,only the state 3 rate using succinate as substrate in the gill of Sp1 significantly increased,and contrary result was observed in the gill of Sp2. Therefore, the metabolic level of S.paramamosain should be compensated ina certain low temperature stress, but the temperature compensation capability of organism might be restrained due to the excessive temperature drop.
