摘要
根据前期研究形成的社区护士核心能力评价指标体系编制社区护士核心能力自评调查问卷。选取杭州市不同社区376名护士进行问卷调查,运用SPSS22.0对数据行进统计分析,测定量表的信效度。探索性因子分析共提取出6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为70.565%。量表的内容效度指数为0.873,各条目的内容效度指数为0.794～1.000。总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.970,折半信度为0.935。研究表明编制的社区护士核心能力评估量表具有较好的信效度和适应性,可用于我国社区护士的核心能力水平的评估。
To develop the Core Competence Assessment Scale for Community Nurses and test its reliability and validity, the Core competence Evaluation Index System for Community Nurses formulated in previous research was utilized. Altogether 376 community nurses were selected as subjects for the test and SPSS 22.0 was used in data analysis. The Core Competence Assessment Scale for Community Nurses consisted of 40 items; the exploratory factor analysis identified six principle factors which explained 70.565% of the total variance. The item content validity index ranged from 0.794 to 1.000,and the scale content validity index was 0.873. The Cronbach’ s α coefficient of the scale was 0.970. The split-half was 0.935. The Core Competence Assessment Scale for Community Nurses is proved to be reliable and valid and can be used to evaluate community nurse fairly.
