摘要
近年来,随着中国经济的发展、人口的增加、工业化和城镇化进程的加快,新农村生态环境污染日益加剧,尤其是水环境问题,局部有所改善,整体趋向恶化,饮用水污染和"水华"频现。治理农村污染,改善生态环境,建设美丽乡村,提升农民幸福指数,实现科学发展、富民强省,已成为新农村建设和城乡一体化发展进程中亟待解决的首要问题。
In recent years, with the development of China＇s economy, the increase of population, the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the ecological pollution of new rural areas has become increasingly intensified, especially in the water environment. Local conditions have improved, the overall trend has deteriorated, and drinking water pollution And ＂water bloom＂ frequently. Governing rural pollution, improving the ecological environment, building beautiful villages, improving the farmers＇ happiness index, realizing scientific development, enriching the people and strengthening the province have become the most important issues to be solved in the process of new rural construction and urban-rural integration.
