摘要
目的研究鄂西鹿药Smilacina henryi根茎的化学成分。方法采用柱硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、半制备薄层等色谱技术分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据(1D、2D-NMR,HR-ESI-MS,IR)进行结构鉴定。结果从鄂西鹿药中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为(25S)-5α-螺甾-9(11)烯-3β,17α-二醇3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(1)、(25S)-5α-螺甾-9(11)烯-3β,17α-二醇(2)、(25S)-5α-螺甾-9(11)烯-3β,17α-二醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、薯蓣皂苷元(4)、薯蓣皂苷(5)、henryioside A(6)、henryioside B(7)。结论化合物1为1个新的罕见的9(11)烯螺甾皂苷类新化合物,命名为鄂西鹿药苷D,化合物2~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical components from the roots of Smilacina henryi. Methods Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and preparation of thin layer chromatography techniques were used for isolation, and 1 D, 2 D-NMR, IR, and HR-ESI-MS data were used for structure identification. Results Seven steroidal components were obtained and its chemical structures were elucidated as(25 S)-5α-spirostan-9(11)-en-3β,17α-diol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranoside(1),(25 S)-5α-spirostan-9(11)-en-3β,17α-diol(2),(25 S)-5α-spirostan-9(11)-en-3β,17α-diol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3), diosgenin(4), aspidistrin(5), henryioside A(6), and henryioside B(7). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new steroidal saponin named henryioside D, and compounds 2—5 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
