摘要
基于服务外包人才的迫切需求,立足创新创业教育,提出产业转型升级下协同培养艺术设计专业复合型、多维型人才改革路径.以江苏建筑职业技术学院艺术设计专业为例,阐述了在人才培养过程中,根据社会与行业的发展趋势,以创意设计为依托构建"产学研训创"协作运行机制的实践探索.
Based on the urgent needs of service outsourcing talents, relying on innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper proposes a collaborative and cultivating composite and multidimensional talent reform path for art design major under industrial transformation and upgrading situation. This paper takes the art and design major of Jiangsu Institute of Architectural Technology as an example. In the process of personnel training, based on the development trend of the society and the industry, and based on creative design, it constructs a collaborative exploration mechanism of ＂ production, learning, studying, training, and innovation＂.
