摘要
分析了铁路通信系统浪涌保护器(SPD)的使用现状,以及SPD智能监控系统的构成和功能;根据铁路通信系统的使用性质、重要性,以及发生雷击后影响铁路运输的严重程度,综合确定了通信系统SPD的防护要求。通过SPD智能监控系统防雷、监控、信息管理等功能,将故障修转变到状态修模式,避免雷击对通信系统的影响,保证铁路通信系统的安全运行。
The current situation of Surge Protection Device for railway communication system is analyzed together with the composition and function of the intelligent monitoring system for SPD. According to a comprehensive study on usage features and importance of railway communication system as well as the severity of lightning damage on railway transportation, the requirement of SPD protection of the communication system is defined. By using the functions of lightning protection, monitoring and data management of the monitoring system, the mode of maintenance can be transformed from corrective maintenance to on-condition maintenance. Hence, the impact of lightning on the communication system can be eliminated so as to ensure the safety of railway communication system.
