摘要
目的结合新医疗改革大环境,针对医疗设备维修管理现状,研究探讨适合现代化医院医疗设备维修管理的战略对策。方法应用道斯矩阵态势分析法对当前医院医疗设备维修管理工作中存在的问题进行分析。结果基于道斯矩阵态势分析法,可以有效改善医疗设备维修管理中的薄弱环节,提高了医院设备科工程人员的工作效率。结论道斯矩阵态势分析法在医疗设备维修管理中运用,可以提高医院经济效益,增强医疗设备科工作能力,为医院平稳、安全运行提供切实保障。
【Objective】Combined with the new medical reform environment, according to the current situation of medical equipment maintenance management, to research and discuss the strategy for modern hospital medical equipment maintenance management.【Methods】The problems in the maintenance management of medical equipment in hospitals were analyzed by SWOT（Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats） matrix.【Results】Based on the SWOT analysis method, it can effectively improve the weak links in the medical equipment maintenance management, and improve the work efficiency of the engineering staff in the hospital equipment department. 【Conclusion】The application of SWOT analysis method in the maintenance management of medical equipment can improve the economic benefit of the hospital, enhance the work level of medical equipment department, and provide practical guarantee for the smooth and safe operation of the hospital.
