摘要
长螺旋压灌桩由于自身特点优势明显目前已被广泛用于各类建筑基础施工中,但由于软土区土质条件较差建筑易发生沉降,工程桩设计长度往往需要伸入土质相对稳定的持力层才能满足承载力要求,因此导致桩长超过常规长度。软土区超长长螺旋桩施工工艺技术较一般常规长螺旋桩要求更高,过程控制易发生断桩、缩径、堵管、钢筋笼容易发生变形及钢筋笼沉入困难等问题,给工程桩施工造成较多的质量与安全隐患。因此,在施工中必须对关键施工环节和技术进行分析,确保工程桩质量。结合景成大厦超长长螺旋压灌桩施工过程,主要研究在软土条件下进行钻孔、混凝土压灌和钢筋笼震动下放的关键技术。
Long spiral pressure filling pile due to its characteristics of obvious advantages has been widely used in all kinds of building foundation construction, but because soft-soil district soil conditions less prone to settlement building, engineering design of pile length often need to stretch into relatively stable bearing layer can meet the requirements of the bearing capacity of soil, thus lead to pile length more than regular length. Soft-soil district super-long construction technology of bored pile is generally regular long screw pile is more demanding, prone to pile breaking process control, reducing, blocking pipe, steel reinforcement cage are prone to problems such as deformation and reinforcing cage into difficulties, causes more to the pile construction quality and safety hidden trouble. Therefore, key construction links and techniques must be analyzed in the spiral pressure filling pile of jingcheng building is studied in this paper, and the key technologies of drilling, concrete pressure filling and rebar vibration of reinforcement cage are studied in the soft-soil conditions.
