铁精矿矿浆管道酸洗实验研究

摘要 针对铁精矿矿浆管道结垢问题,拟采用化学酸洗进行除垢,但化学酸洗可能造成管道泄漏。文章通过垢质分析、溶垢实验、管道材料试片实验、焊缝实验和管桶实验,确定酸的种类、浓度、反应时长及对铁精矿矿浆管道的影响程度。实验结果表明,盐酸酸洗管道是安全的。 The chemical pickling is intended to be used for iron concentrate slurry pipeline descaling, but it may cause the pipeline leakage. In the paper, the type, concentration, reaction time and the influence degree on iron concentrate slurry pipeline of acid were determined through the scale quality analysis, scale dissolution experiment, experiment for test block of pipeline material, weld experiment and tube test. The experimental results showed that the hydrochloric acid pickling was safe.
