摘要 在道路交通事故数不断增加的当下,道路交通安全引起了人们的密切关注,诸多学者提出了许多较为成熟的道路交通安全评价方法对道路安全进行评价,其中模糊层次分析综合评价法被广泛运用。基于现有的模糊层次分析法,并以重庆市学府大道为例,从道路本身实际条件的角度出发,选取道路条件、交通安全设施、交通管理三个方面的11个评价指标对其进行道路交通安全评价,首先运用层次分析法构建判断矩阵,计算不同层次中各个因素的权重,然后根据计算的权重,利用模糊评价法评价学府大道的交通安全等级。评价结果表明:学府大道的道路交通安全等级为较安全。 With the increasing traffic accidents, road traffic safety has aroused people's close attention. Many scholars have put forward a lot of more mature road traffic safety evaluation methods to evaluate road safety, among which fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation method is widely used. Based on the existing fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper takes the prefectural road of Chongqing as an example, and selects 11 evaluation indexes of road conditions, traffic safety facilities and traffic management from the point of view of the actual conditions of the road. Traffic safety evaluation, first use the analytic hierarchy process to construct the judgment matrix, calculate the weight of each factor in different levels, and then use the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the traffic safety level of the university road according to the weight of the calculation. The evaluation results show that the road traffic safety level of the school road is safer.
