摘要
目的评估医院管理中突发事件的风险。方法分析医院管理中常见突发事件出现的可能性,继而评估其出现后的严重程度,依据风险矩阵评估其风险等级,使用Borda排序法进一步解决风险矩阵中出现的相同风险等级问题。结果 5类医院管理中的突发事件风险等级排序为:流行病爆发、医闹事件、医疗事故、院内感染、院内设备故障。
Objective To assess the risk of emergencies in hospital management. Method The probability of common emergencies in the hospital was analyzed, and the severity was assessed. Risk matrix was adopted to assess the risk level, and Borda Rank was used to address the problem of same risk level in risk matrix. Results The rank of five emergencies in hospital management by risk level was as followed： epidemic outbreak, medical disputes, medical malpractice, nosocomial infection, and equipment malfunction.
