摘要
本试验以复方中草药(黄芪:党参:野菊花为5:3:2)为添加剂,按质量分数的0.0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%为六个梯度制作试验饲料,将480尾健康黄颡鱼随机分六个试验组,每组四个平行,养殖周期28 d。分别于养殖的7、14、21、28 d取样,测定其生长指标、肉质指标及组织中补体C3、补体C4含量,通过数据分析,筛选出最适黄颡鱼生长的复方中草药添加量及给药时间。结果表明:用含中草药的饲料饲喂黄颡鱼后,各试验组生长均显著优于对照组,当饲料中草药添加量为0.4%,给药时间为21 d时,试验组黄颡鱼增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)显著升高(P<0.05),分别较对照组升高了143.51%、142.11%,而在该处理组,饵料系数(FCR)也较低,比对照组降低了35.52%。中草药添加量为0.4%,给药时间为21 d时,试验组黄颡鱼蒸煮损失率(CL)和滴水损失率(DL)显著降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,降低比率分别为46.03%、38.62%。饲喂21 d中草药添加量为0.2%与0.4%时,试验组黄颡鱼免疫力显著强于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,在本试验条件下,黄颡鱼饲料中中草药最适添加量为0.4%,最佳给药时间为21 d。
A 28 days experiment was conducted to research the effects of compound Chinese traditional drug on the growth performance,muscle quality and complement C3,complement C4 content in serum of Pelteobagrtts fttlvidrctco.480 healthy Pelteobagrtts fulvidrctco were randomly divided into 6 groups,each group has 4 parallels,each parallel has 20 fishes.Compound Chinese traditional drug (the proportion of Leguminosae, Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf.,Dendranthema indicrtm was 5:3:2) were added in basic feed, the addition level were 0.0% ,0.1% ,0.2% ,0.4% ,0.8%, 1.2%.Samples were collected on the 7th, 14th,21th,and 28th days of culture,and their growth indexes,meat quality indexes,complement C3 and complement C4 contents were determined.The results showed that compound Chinese traditional drug could significantly promote the growth of Pelteob agrus fulvidraco, when breeding for 21 days, the highest weight gain rate (WGR), specific growth rate (SGR) and the lowest feed coefficient (FCR) were found in the 0.4% group,and showed a significantly difference with the control group (P 〈 0.05).In the same group and time,the drip loss rate (DL) and cooking loss rate(CL) got the minimum (P 〈 0.05).When the amount of Chinese herbal medicine added were 0.2% and 0.4% for 21 days,the immunity of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05).In summary,under this experiment condition,the optimum amount of dietary compound Chinese traditional drug level was 0.4%, and the optimal dosing time was 21 days.
