薄煤层开采中爬底式采煤机及其优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 基于MG110/130-TPD型电牵引爬底板采煤机,就该采煤机的适用范围、设备组成、主要功能进行了详细的介绍,并将其应用于某矿的实际工作面中,由现场实践表明,该采煤机的装机性能稳定、丢煤少,极大地提高了煤矿工作面的生产水平以及安全性。除此之外,还针对采煤机的防滑、牵引链锚固以及电缆收放等问题提出了一定的优化措施,以期望达到更好的应用效果,为薄煤层的开采提供可借鉴的经验与解决途径。 Based on MG110/130-TPD type electric traction floor shearer, this paper introduces in detail the applicablerange, equipment composition and main functions of the shearer, and applies it to the actual working face of a certainmine, which is proved by the field practice. The performance of the shearer is stable and the coal loss is less, whichgreatly improves the production level and safety of the coal mining face. In addition, the paper also optimizes theproblems of shearer anti-skid, traction chain anchoring and cable retraction, in order to achieve better applicationeffect and provide the experience and solution for thin coal seam mining.
