摘要
合理利用历史文化资源及公共活动空间激发历史文化街区活力是目前城市设计及改造的重要议题。以衡山路、复兴路历史文化街区为例,结合大数据分析手段,支撑街区更新及基础设施建设。研究通过片区人群宏观特征识别、语义数据分析、POI数据分析定义街区提升重点及历史人文特征。通过改变街区内部分道路车行道的宽度及流量,打造适宜慢行的道路交通系统,配合衡复的历史文化保护建筑资源及公共活动空间品质的提升,合理利用并展示历史文化资源,重新激发地区活力。以"梧桐-漫(慢)街"设计理念提出文化旅游的探访路线,打造衡复地区城市名片。
Rational use of historical & cultural resources and public activity space to stimulate the vitality of historical & cultural blocks is an important topic in urban design and renovation. Take Hengshan Rd. & Fuxing Rd. historical & cultural blocks as an example, combined with big data analysis methods to support street renewal and infrastructure construction. The study defines the key points of the district improvement and historical humanities through the macro-feature identification, semantic data analysis and POI data analysis of the population. By changing the width and flow of some roadways in the block, a road transport system is created to suit for slow travel, and cooperate with Hengfu's historical & cultural protection of building resources and the quality of public event space, rationally use and display historical & cultural resources, and re-energize regional vitality. The design route of Phoenix Tree-Slow Street is proposed to explore the cultural tourism, and to create a city card in Hengfu area.
