摘要
目的设计基于Python高空作业车液压故障诊断系统,提高故障诊断效率。方法以工作过程中转向动作失效为例,建立液压系统故障产生原因的故障树,对故障定性分析。利用传感器、单片机和通信模块等硬件设计下位机故障在线监测和传输系统。上位机诊断系统采用Python编程语言和MySQL数据库设计,由HTML,JavaScript和CSS完成系统界面的显示。结果建立了具有良好用户交互界面,各个模块下的功能操作一目了然,对于使用者要求不高的故障诊断系统。结论本系统可提高故障诊断效率、缩短故障诊断时间。
Purposes —To design the hydraulic fault diagnosis system for aerial work platform based on Python, and to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis. Methods —Taking the steering failure in the process of operation as an example, the fault tree of the cause for the hydraulic system failure is established, and the fault is qualitatively analyzed. The on-line monitoring and transmission system of the lower computer is designed by means of sensors, single-chip computer and communication module. The diagnosis system of the upper computer is designed with Python programming language and Mysql database, and HTML, JavaScript and CSS are used to display the system interface. Results —A fault diagnosis system with good user interaction interface is established. Because the functional operation under each module is clear at a glance, the system can be fit for the users whose skills are less. Conclusions —The system can improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis and shorten the time of fault diagnosis.
