摘要
为初步验证循经冥想训练对身体放松的有效性和机制,选取自愿参加的20名学生进行单次循经冥想训练,采用多导生理记录仪在训练前、训练过程中记录心电数据(心率变异性)。结果表明,循经冥想训练可以降低心率,具有放松的效果,循经冥想的长期效果还有待验证。
In order to preliminarily verify the effectiveness and mechanisms of meridian-following meditation training on physiological relaxation, 20 students voluntarily participated in the single meridian-following meditation training, and EDG data(heart rate variability) was recorded before and during the training by polygraph. The results show that meridian-following meditation training can reduce the heart rate and has a relaxing effect, but its long-term effect still needs further study.
