摘要
为解决当前药学专业实习安排困难、实习质量难以保证的问题,中山大学药学院改革实习模式,建立半自助式药学实习模式。半自助式实习模式的开展,为校企成功对接、学生就业率提高带来显著成效。学生在明晰职业规划、理解人文关怀、提高专业能力和综合素质等方面得到跨越式提升,更多毕业生得到社会认可。介绍半自助式实习模式的内容、实施方式、效果和优点。半自助式实习模式可操作性强,成效显著,可为高等医药院校的专业实习改革提供借鉴和参考。
To solve the problems of the arrangement and the quality in cmTent phamlacy practice, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences,Sun Yah-sen University reforms the practice mode and builds Semi-Self-Serv- ice-Pattern practice leanfing mode of phamlacy. The development of the SSSP leanfing model has brought significant achievements to the successful docking of schools and enterprises and the improvement of student employment rate. Students have achieved extraordinary improvement in clear career planning, the understanding of humanistic care, the improvement of professional competence and overall quality, so more graduates are recognized by the society. The introduction of the content,implementation, effect and advantage of the SSSP practice show that SSSP learning pattern has high practicality and remarkable results, and can provide effective reference for professional practice refoml in higher medical colleges.
