摘要
为了防止溜矸井垮塌对上下巷道和人员安全造成的严重威胁,采用"架金属支护+木垛法"将下部巷道进行加固,形成了稳定可靠的维护空间,创新性地采用圆形钢筒作为预制井壁,依据试验确定钢筒的直径、厚度和高度等参数,钢筒在井内起到了通体浇筑模板的作用,周围空隙采用混凝土浇筑法填充,在混凝土预制钢筒外侧形成牢固可靠的加固层,混凝土加固层与周围岩体有效结合形成整体结构,增大了溜矸井的整体强度和稳定性,解决了长期以来小孔径软岩井(仓)体难以维护的难题。
In order to prevent the serious threat to the upper and lower laneway and the safety of the personnel,the lower roadway was strengthened by the gold support + wood stack method,and the stable and reliable maintenance space was formed.The circular steel tube was used as the prefabricated shaft,and the diameter,thickness and height of the steel tube were determined according to the test,and the steel tube was determined.In the well,the wall is poured into the template,the surrounding space is filled with concrete pouring,and the concrete reinforcement is formed on the outside of the precast concrete steel tube.The concrete reinforcement layer is effectively combined with the surrounding rock to form the whole structure back wall,which avoids the two collapse and increases the overall strength and stability of the gangue well.It has solved the problem that it is difficult to maintain the small aperture warehouse for a long time.
