大学“绩差生”英语教学有效策略分析

Analysis of Effective English Teaching Strategies for Low-achieved College Students

摘要 随着我国高等教育的改革和发展,大学招生规模不断扩大,英语成绩参差不齐的新生纷纷走进大学校园。英语分级教学模式日益盛行,大学绩差生英语教学效果也成为了一个不容忽视的问题。本文归纳总结了大学绩差生的定义、特点和形成原因,认为做好大学绩差生的课堂组织和班级管理、注重对大学绩差生的情感教育以及灵活运用多种教学方法、技巧和手段是教师进行大学绩差生英语教学的有效策略。 With the reform and development of Chinese higher education,the enrollment scale of universities has been expanded continuously.A large number of fresh men have entered the campus,with huge gaps in English scores.The mode of English hierarchical teaching is becoming more and more popular,and the teaching effect of college English teaching has become a problem that cannot be ignored.This article summarized the definition,characteristics and the forming reason of the low-achieved college students.Three kinds of English teaching strategies are thought to be effective to help low-achieved college students achieve good results.That is doing well in class management and class organization;laying emphasis on the affective education of low-achieved college students and adopting various teaching methods,techniques and skills flexibly.
