摘要
MBOM作为企业生产制造的核心数据,对实现企业由传统制造向数字化制造转变有着举足轻重的作用。该文研究了面向电子装备的MBOM基本要求和组成要素,并提出MBOM的构建方法,最后探讨了基于MBOM的数字化制造运行机制。该文所提出的方法在西南电子设备研究所进行了验证和应用,验证结果表明,基于MBOM的数字化制造实现方法是企业实现数字化制造的一条有效途径。
As the central data of manufacturing,MBOM plays an important part in transformation form tradition- ary manufacturing to digital manufacturing.This paper discusses the concept and composition of MBOM,and proposes the method of building MBOM.At last,the operational mechanism of digital manufacturing based on MBOM is discussed.The frame and the method is validated in the produce line.Results show the method is an effectual way to conduce to manufacturing digitalization.
