摘要
目的了解淄博市中心城区儿童的肺功能情况。方法淄博市中心城区东部和西部各随机抽取1所小学,对2所学校3~5年级学生各随机抽取1个班级,于2017年9月进行肺功能检查,用SPSS 20.0对检查结果进行统计分析。结果肺功能主要指标FVC、FEV1.0、PEF、FEF2575、FEF25%、FEF50%、FEF75%的男生测量均值分别为(2.18±0.55)L、(1.93±0.42)L/s、(4.19±0.87)L/s、(3.83±0.77)L/s、(2.54±0.58)L/s、(1.26±0.39)L/s、(2.53±0.46)L/s,女生测量均值分别为(2.06±0.44)L/s、(1.83±0.39)L/s、(4.02±0.92)L/s、(3.74±0.92)L/s、(2.51±0.65)L/s、(1.28±0.50)L/s、(2.51±0.49)L/s,各指标与身高、体重和年龄均呈正相关(P <0.01),且与身高相关性最大;有20.90%的儿童显示肺通气功能受损,另有6.21%的儿童可能发生早期小气道病变。结论儿童肺功能是评价空气污染对人体呼吸系统不良影响的早期效应指标。
Objective To understand the pulmonary function of children in central area in Zibo city. Methods Pulmonary function tests were taken among students by random cluster sampleing in one class from each of grade 3-5 in 2 primary schools(one located in the eastern downtown area, and the other one located in the western, both of them were selected randomly). Results The main indicators of pulmonary function test were FVC, FEV 1. 0, PEF, FEF2575, FEF25 %, FEF 50 % and FEF75 %. The average results of indicators were ( 2.18 ± 0.55 ) L, ( 1.93 ± 0.42 ) L/s, ( 4.19 ± 0.87 ) L/s, (3.83±0.77)L/s,(2.54±0.58)L/s,(1.26±0.39)L/s,(2.53±0.46)L/s respectively for boys and were(2.06±0.44) L/s,(1.83±0.39)L/s,(4.02±0.92)L/s,(3.74±0.92)L/s,(2.51±0.65)L/s,(1.28±0.50)L/s,(2.51±0.49)L/s respectively for girls. The main index of pulmonary function were positively correlated with height, weight and age( P 0.01) ,particularly had the greatest correlation with height. The abnormal rate of pulmonary ventilation function was 20.9% ,and 6.21% of the children had early small airway disorders. Conclusion Lung function of children is an early effect index to evaluate the adverse effects of air pollution on human respiratory system.
