摘要
由于昆虫对杀虫剂的抗药性逐渐增加,需要开发新型杀虫剂,减少昆虫对植物生长的影响,其中一个有效途径是阻断植物甾醇的获取途径。目前已知参与胆固醇转运的相关蛋白包括Scavenger Receptor Class B TypeⅠ(SR-BI),氨肽酶N(Aminopeptidase N,APN),P-糖蛋白,微囊蛋白-1(Caveolin-1)和膜联蛋白-2(Annexin-2)杂合物,ABC转运蛋白家族,高密度和低密度脂蛋白,类固醇急性调节蛋白(Steroidogenic Acute Regulatory,StAR)和甾醇转运蛋白(Sterol Carrier Protein,SCP)等。
As insect resistance to insecticides increases graduall the impact of insects on plant growth, one of the effective ways is to y, new insecticides need to be developed to reduce block the access to phytosterols. Proteins involved in cholesterol transport include scavenger receptor class B type I (SR-BI), aminopeptidase N (APN), P-glycoprotein, caveolin-1 and annexin-2 hybrid, ABC transporter family, high density and low density lipoprotein, and acute steroid regulation. Steroidogenic acute regulation (STAR) and sterol carrier protein (SCP).
