摘要
提出了基于平面电容传感器的低功耗介电测量系统的设计方法。系统以MSP430单片机为核心,硬件电路包括电容测量模块、人机交互模块、电源管理模块等。软件包括初始化模块、数据采集模块、中断模块、计算显示模块等;研究了平面电容传感器参数设计方法,并建立介电常数的计算模型。系统应用于复合材料检测,实验结果表明:系统功耗低、重复性好,能有效实现材料损伤检测及介电常数的测量。
A low power consumption dielectric measurement system based on planar capacitive sensor is proposed. The hardware and software of system are designed based on MSP430. The hardware includes capacitance measuring module,human-computer interaction module,and power management module. The software includes initialization module,data acquisition modules,interrupt module,calculation modules and displaying modules. The calculation model for dielectric constant is set up. The system is applied in composite materials testing. The results show that the system has low power consumption and good repeatability. The NDT and dielectric constant measurement of materials can be implemented effectively.
