应用HPLC-MS法对四君子汤水煎液物质基础的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析四君子汤水煎液的成分,探讨药效的物质基础.方法:按照四君子汤处方中药材比例制备水煎液,采用高效液相色谱-质谱法联用,鉴定其水煎液中的有效成分.结果:四君子汤水煎液中检测出10种化学物质,其中皂苷类7种,分别为人参皂苷Rb1、Re、Rg1、Rb2、Rd、Rg3、甘草酸;黄酮类3种,分别为甘草苷、甘草素、甘草香豆素.结论:通过本方法,测定出四君子汤中的10种化学成分,明确了其水煎液的物质基础,其中人参皂苷Rb1、Re、Rg1、甘草酸为四君子汤的指标性成分,为深入研究四君子汤血清药物化学研究打下基础. Objective Determine the decoction of Sijunzi decoction by HPLC-MS, and to infer the chemical composition in the decoction of Sijunzi decoction. MethodThe method of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry was used to treat Sijunzi decoction. Result:According to the total ion chromatogram obtained by liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry and the fragmentation peak of mass spectrometry, it was deduced that Sijunzi decoction contained 10 chemical substances, 7 saponins, ginsenoside Rb1, Re, Rg1, Rb2, Rd, Rg3 , glycyrrhizic acid; three kinds of favonoids: liquiritin, glycyrrhizin, licorice coumarin. Conclusion:The ten kinds chemical composition of Sijunzi decoction were determined. It meaned the pharmacodynamics Substance basis of Sijunzi decoction, ginsenosides Rg1、Re、Rb1 and glycyrrhizic acid were the index component.
