摘要
以唐山供电公司为例,研究供电企业以终为始学习发展体系的构建.目前,唐山供电公司培训工作存在胜任力模型适用性差、员工发展路径不明确的问题,构建学习发展体系,是提高人才培养效率的必然途径与提升培训效果的必然要求,基于6F模型的学习发展体系应强调全面收获、全面体验、全面实施、全面跟进、全面支持与全面衡量6大内容,并从组织机构、胜任素质模型、培训模式以及柯氏四级评估等方面为其实施提供要素与技术支持.
By taking Tangshan power supply company as an example, researched the establishment of begin with the end in mind learning development system in power supply enterprise. Nowadays, Tangshan power supply company’s training task has some shortcomings, making an establishment of learning development system, is the necessary way of talent training effciency’s enhance and the necessary demand of training results’ optimization. The learning development system based on 6F model should emphasize 6 contents, provide element and technology support from institutional framework, training pattern and Kirkpatrick model aspects.
