摘要 建立了生活饮用水中BrO_3~ˉ阴离子的离子色谱检测法。采用戴安ICS-2000型离子色谱仪及IonPac AS19 (4.0×250 mm)阴离子交换色谱柱,以25 mmoL/L KOH溶液为梯度淋洗液,流量为1.0 mL/min。BrO_3~ˉ离子的质量浓度与其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性,相关系数为0.9996,检测限为1.7 ng/mL(S/N=3)。水样的加标回收率为:90.99%~94.86%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.49%(n=8)。该方法具有操作简单,选择性、准确性好等优点,完全能够满足饮用水中BrO_3~ˉ离子的测定要求。 A new method was developed for determination of Bromate anion in drinking water by ion chromatography. Diane ICS-2000 ion chromatograph and IonPac AS19 (4.0 mm×250 mm)anion exchange column were used and gradient of 25.0 mmoL/L KOH solution was used as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The mass concentration of bromate anion has good liner relation with the chromatgraphic peak area,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9996 ,the detection limit was 1.7 ng/mL (S/N=3). The re- covery of the Bromate anion in drinking water ranged from 90.99% to 94.86% with IRSD of 0.49%(n=8). the method is simple , good selectivity , accurate , reliable and suitable for the detemination of Bromate anion in drinking water.
