摘要 迷你临床演练评估是一种用于评价住院医师临床能力的新型测评工具。操作简便、考核内容全面、重视人文关怀、以考促学是其主要特点。实时有效的反馈是Mini-CEX的核心及重点内容,直接影响到考核的作用和效果。测评者对评判标准的一致性是Mini-CEX的难点,测评者培训是Mini-CEX成功实施的关键。Mini-CEX在内科住院医师规范化培训过程中发挥了良好的引导和测评作用,其应用可直接观察及动态书面记录临床教学中的不足,对住院医师规范化培训学员的能力做出更加客观、公正的评估,能较好地培养住院医师分析和解决问题的能力,让住院医师获取更多的信息,最大程度受益。Mini-CEX值得在住院医师规范化培训中推广。 Mini clinical practice assessment is a kind of new assessment tools to evaluate medical residents clinical ability. The comprehensive, convenient operation, evaluation content and humanistic care, to take an examination of promotion is its main characteristic. Real-time and effective feedback is the core and key of Mini - CEX content, directly affect the function and effect of assessment. Reviewers to judge consistency is the diffculty of the Mini-CEX reviewers training is the key to the successful implementation of the Mini-CEX. Mini-CEX in internal medicine in the process of resident standardization training played a good guidance and assessment and its applicationin clinical teaching can be directly observed and dynamic written record is insuffcient, the resident standardization training students the ability to make a more objective and fair evaluation, can well cultivate resident analysis and problem solving skills, let the resident for more information, maximum beneft. Mini-CEX is worth popularizing in the resident standardization training.
