不翻瓣微创技术在牙齿种植中的临床应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探究牙齿种植中应用不翻瓣微创技术的临床效果,以便为临床工作提供指导。方法:选取2016年11月~2017年11月在某院接受牙齿种植的患者82例,按照治疗方式的差异将其分成两组,对照组41例患者给以常规翻瓣技术治疗,观察组41例患者给以不翻瓣微创技术治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组成功率(96.15%)明显高于对照组(82.00%);观察组手术时间、疼痛时间、抗生素使用时间及术后激素使用时间均明显短于对照组;观察组术后并发症发生率为4.88%,对照组为24.39%,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组。以上数据分析得出P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:牙齿种植中应用不翻瓣微创技术可显著提升种植成功率,降低术后并发症,缩短手术时间、疼痛时间、抗生素使用时间及激素使用时间,值得在临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of non-valvular minimally invasive technique in dental implants, so as to provide guidance for clinical work. Methods: 82 cases of dental implant patients received in a hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group of 41 cases of patients were treated with conventional flap treatment, the observation group of 41 patients were treated with non-valvular minimally invasive treatment, observed the treatment effect of the two groups. Results: The success rate of the observation group (96.15%) was significantly higher than the control group (82%); the operation time, pain time, antibiotic use time and postoperative hormone duration in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group. The incidence of complications in observation group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than the control group with 24.39% ( P 〈0.05), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: The application of non-valvular minimally invasive technique in dental implants can significantly improve the success rate of implanting , reducing postoperative complications , shorten operation time ,pain time , use time of antibiotics and use time of hormone , and deserve clinical popularization .
