摘要
建立鸡蛋中苏丹红残留检测的高效液相色谱法,为保障食品安全提供技术支持。样品经正己烷提取,过SPE小柱净化,氮气吹干后乙腈复溶,进行HPLC分析,以Athena C_(18)-WP液相色谱柱4.6×150 mm,5μm为分离柱,乙腈∶水(95∶5,V∶V)为流动相,1.0 mL/min流速等度洗脱,使用紫外检测器,波长为500 nm,柱温为35℃。实验结果表明4种苏丹红在10~1 000μg/kg添加浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R≥0.999 0,较高浓度时回收率范围为62.7%~107.9%,定量下限(LLOQ)规定为添加回收试验中S/N≥10时的最低添加浓度,结果均小于0.5μg/kg。该方法专属性好,简便、准确、快速,适用于禽蛋中苏丹红的检测。
This study has established the determination of Sudan red residue in eggs high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), provide data support to ensure food safety. This experiment samples extracted by n-hexane, SPE column purification, the nitrogen after dry acetonitrile after dissolved, HPLC analysis, an officer using C18-WP liquid chromatographic column 4.6 ×150 mm, 5 microns as the separation column, acetonitrile: water (95∶5, V∶V) as mobile phase, the 1.0 mL/min elution velocity and so on degree, using UV detector, the wavelength of 500 nm, column temperature of 35 ℃ . Experimental results show that the four (including Sudan red in 10 ~ 1000μg/kg add concentration range inside sex is good, the correlation coefficient R of 0.9990 or higher, with high recovery range of 62.7% ~ 107.9%, quantitative limit (LLOQ) regulations for adding recycling experiment S/N of 10 or more add lowest concentration, the results are less than 0.5μg/kg. Good specificity, the method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the detection of Sudan red in the eggs.
