Determination of Tin in Tin Ores by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry with Alkali Fusion

摘要 采用过氧化钠碱熔消解样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对锡矿石中锡含量进行了测定。当样品称样量为0.2g时,加入2g过氧化钠就能使样品消解完全。为避免水解对测定结果的影响,样品处理后应尽快进行测定。测定锡的检出限为38.4mg/kg,12次平行测定的相对标准偏差为小于5%,对标准物质的测定结果也令人满意。 A method of determination tin in tin ores was established by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. 2 g Na 2 O 2 was used to digested 0.2 g samples. The samples were advised to test as soon as possible to avoid hydrolysis. The detection limit of this method is 38.4 mg/kg and the precision of measurement (RSD) is less than 5%. Satisfactory results were also obtained by testing the certified reference materials.
