摘要
当前边境管理的论著多是研究现代边境问题,关于古代边境管理研究的论著屈指可数。为促进学界对清代边境管理的深入研究,有必要对清代边境管理的地域、主体和内容等做一个前期的学理探讨。首先应界定清代边疆尤其是边境的地理范围;其次,在此基础之上应根据现代边境管理工作的具体内容,确定清代边境管理的主要研究内容;此外,相关研究人员还应具备正确的政治立场、扎实的历史学等学科功底以及边境一线的工作经验。
At present, most of the treatises on border control are the study of modern border issues. There are few treatises on the study of ancient border control. In order to promote the further academic study, more exploration is needed for the geographic range, subject and content of the ancient border control in the Qing Dynasty. First of all, the geographic range border of the Qing Dynasty should be definite. Then, it should be clear for the main research of the border control on the base of the content for the modern border control. Otherwise, the correct political stand, solid historical fundaments and the basic work experience are required for the researchers
