摘要
为了解芦笋的养分需求规律,研究分析了北方芦笋不同器官营养元素含量动态变化。结果表明:芦笋茎、根、鳞芽盘中N、P、K含量在采收期总体呈下降趋势; N、K含量总体上的分布特点为:茎>鳞芽盘>根,P含量在采收期表现为茎>根>鳞芽盘。总体上芦笋全株中的微量元素含量表现为:Fe> Mn> Zn> Cu,且Zn、Cu含量为地上部>地下部,Mn、Fe两种元素的含量则表现为地下部>地上部,变化趋势各不相同。芦笋N、P、K三元素之间呈极显著正相关,与微量元素Zn、Fe、Mn呈极显著或显著相关。除Cu元素外,其他微量元素间均呈极显著相关。
In order to understand the nutrient requirements of asparagus, the dynamic changes of nutri- ent contents in different organs of asparagus in northern China were studied. The results showed that the contents of N, P and K in the stems, roots and bud discs of asparagus showed decreasing trends in the harvest period. The overall distribution of N and K showed stem 〉 bud disc 〉 root, while that of P content showed stem 〉 root 〉 bud disc. On the whole, the content of trace elements in the whole plant of asparagus was Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Zn 〉 Cu, and the content of Zn and Cu was above ground 〉 underground, while that of Mn and Fe showed underground 〉 above ground. The content of N, P and K in asparagus reached vePy significantly posi- tive cmTelations between each other, and all they very significantly or significantly cmTelated with the content of Zn, Fe and Mn. Except Cu, the other trace elements were significantly cmTelated with each other.
