摘要
目的将展开式教学法用于儿科临床带教实习中,对其教学效果与应用价值进行评价分析。方法对我院儿科2015年3月至2016年1月进行实习的220例实习生分组研究,A组采用展开式教学法,B组采用课堂讲解教学法,教学结束后对两组实习生进行考核,通过比较两组实习生考核成绩对展开式教学法进行评价。结果两组理论知识成绩差异不大(P>0.05),A组案例分析成绩相比B组明显更好(P<0.05);A组学生课堂记忆力、临床处理能力、解决问题能力、对儿科兴趣等提升率相比B组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论展开式教学法用于儿科临床带教实习教学中效果理想,可提升学生学习能力,有效提升医院儿科临床实习带教质量,值得临床带教推广应用。
Objective The expanded teaching method is applied in pediatric clinical teaching practice, and its teaching effect and application value are evaluated and analyzed. Methods A group study of 220 intern trainees in our department of Pediatrics from March 2015 to January 2016 was conducted. Group A used an introductory teaching method. Group B used a classroom teaching method. After the end of teaching, two groups of interns were recruited. Assessment, by comparing the performance of the assessment of the two groups of interns on the evaluation of the open-style teaching method. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in theoretical knowledge(P〉0.05). The results of case A were significantly better than group B(P〈0.05); Students in group A had class memory, clinical treatment ability, problem solving ability, and paediatrics Interest rates were significantly higher in group B(P〈0.05). Conclusion The expanded teaching method is ideal for teaching pediatric clinical teaching practice. It can improve students' learning ability and effectively improve the teaching quality of clinical teaching in pediatrics. It is worthy of clinical application.
