摘要
目的探讨8S管理在消毒供应中心去污区管理当中的应用。方法 2017年5月至2017年11月医院消毒供应中心实施常规管理,设为对照组。2017年12月至2018年5月消毒供应中心在去污区实施8S管理,设为观察组。两组分别随机抽取外来器械进行清洗质量检查。结果观察组外来器械清洗质量明显高于对照组,说明此次调查有意义。结论医院消毒供应中心去污区管理中应用8S管理法能够对外来器械的清洗质量进行持续监控,有效控制医源性感染,充分保证手术病人安全,促进资源共享,减少器械的耗损,降低手术风险。同时,培养了工作人员严谨的工作作风,提升了职业素养,员工由被动管理转为主动参与,提高了临床使用的严谨性及满意度,给医院的管理层提供数据资源,探索局域化服务可行的模式,促进资源共享。
Objective To explore the application of 8S management in decontamination area management of disinfection supply center. Methods From May 2017 to November 2017, the hospital sterilization and supply center was routinely administered as a control group. From December 2017 to May 2018, the disinfection supply center implemented 8S management in the decontamination area, and was designated as the observation group. The two groups were randomly selected from external instruments for cleaning quality inspection. Results The quality of cleaning of external instruments in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, indicating that the survey was meaningful. Conclusion The application of 8S management method in the decontamination area management of hospital disinfection supply center can monitor the cleaning quality of foreign instruments continuously, effectively control the iatrogenic infection, ensure the safety of the operation patients and promote the sharing of resources. Reduce the loss of equipment and reduce the risk of operation. Training staff rigorous work style, enhance professionalism, staff from passive management to active participation. Improving the rigor and satisfaction of clinical use can provide data resources for hospital management and explore a feasible mode of localized service, to promote resource sharing.
