摘要
声学造影即在常规超声心动图的基础上,将含微泡的液体通过各种途径进入心血管系统,产生造影效果,进一步达到诊断目的的方法称为对比超声心动图或造影超声心动图,简称声学造影。根据声学造影的研究部位不同,可分为右心声学造影、左心声学造影(left ventricular opacification,LVO)、心肌声学造影(myocardial contrast echocardiograghy,MCE)。虽然常规超声心动图已经在临床当中广泛应用,但在定性和定量分析某些疾病时仍有一定局限性。心脏声学造影技术显著提高了心脏疾病诊断的准确性,从而被广泛运用于临床当中。本文主要阐述了左心腔声学造影、心肌声学造影的临床应用进展。
Acoustic contrast is based on conventional ultrasonic cardiogram, since the liquid containing micro bubbles through various channels to enter the cardiovascular system, producing contrast effects, and further achieve the purpose of diagnosis method called contrast ultrasonic cardiogram or contrast echocardiography, or acoustic contrast for short. According to the different site of study, acoustic contrast can be divided to Right Ven tricular Opacification(RVO), Left Ventricular Opacification (LVO) and Myocardial Contrast Echocardiography (MCE). Although conventional echocardiography has been widely used in clinical practice, there are still some limitations in qualitative and quantitative analysis of certain diseases. Cardiac contrast echocardiography has sig nificantly improved the accuracy of the diagnosis of heart disease and has been widely used in clinic. The paper mainly expounds progress in clinical application of Left Ventricular Opacification, LVO and Myocardial Contrast Echocardioeraphv.
