摘要
目的:优化蒙药瞿麦中总生物碱提取工艺,并建立总生物碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法,酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱的含量。结果:对照品溶液浓度在3.27~26.16μg·mL^(-1)时呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为A=0.0535C-0.0325,r=0.9999(n=5)。测得蒙药瞿麦中总生物碱含量为3.085mg·g^(-1),加样回收率为98.73%,RSD=1.5%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便、稳定性好,灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为蒙药瞿麦中总生物碱的含量测定方法。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total alkaloids in Mongolian medicine Dianthus su- perbus L. , and to establish the content determination method of total alkaloid~ Methods: Using ultraviolet vis ible spectrophotometric method, acid dye colorimetry is used to determine the content of total alkaloid in Mongo- lian medicine Dianthus superbus L.. Results: The reference substance concentration has good linear relationship in the rang of 3.27-26.16μg·mL^-1 and the regression equation is A=0.0535C--0.0325,r=0.9999(n=9) . The content of total alkaloid is 3.085mg. g 1,the sample recovery rate is 98.38%,RSD=1.7%(n=9). Con- clusion: The method is convenient,stable,sensitive, which can be used to determine the content of total alkaloid from Mongolian medicine Dianthus superbus L.
