摘要
通过测定四款单组份聚氨酯汽车玻璃胶与车身油漆板制备的胶接件经过热老化、冷热交变循环老化、Cataplasma老化后的拉伸剪切及刀割剥离,考察不同老化条件对汽车玻璃胶粘接性能的影响。结果表明:老化条件会不同程度的影响汽车玻璃胶的粘接性能,且对比热老化、冷热交变循环老化,Cataplasma老化对汽车玻璃胶的粘接性能影响最大;另外汽车玻璃胶与油漆板基材的匹配性不同,制备的胶接件耐老化能力差异也较大。
The aging behavior of one component polyurethane adhesive was investigated and compared by means of the tensile shear strength and QKA test.The aging conditions include thermal aging,thermal cycling aging,Cataplasma aging.The test results show that aging will affect the bonding properties of one component polyurethane adhesive in different degrees.Compared to thermal aging,thermal cycling aging,Cataplasma aging could make the adhesive and paint substrate age faster.Different adhesives have different aging resistance and different matching property with paint substrate.Both of them will influence the bonded parts' aging ability.
