脲醛树脂微胶囊的制备 被引量:1

Synthesis of Micro-capsules of Urea Resin

摘要 采用原位聚合法制备了内含极性溶剂的脲醛树脂微胶囊,并利用光电显微镜和红外光谱对微胶囊进行表征。尿素和甲醛在三乙醇胺的催化作用下聚合得到囊壁-脲醛预聚体,通过控制适宜的条件,脲醛预聚体经十二烷基苯磺酸钠的乳化作用沉积到无水乙醇表面,得到目的产物-内含极性溶剂的高分子微胶囊。考察了乳化剂用量、反应体系pH、芯壁材比对微胶囊粒径的影响。结果表明:在反应体系pH 2.0~4.0、芯材比为0.8的条件下,胶囊粒径120μm^160μm,胶囊包覆率最高达80%。 The micro-capsules of urea resin containing polar solvent were synthesized by in-situ polymerization and characterized by photoelectric microscope,FT-IR.Urea formaldehyde resins were synthesized from urea and formaldehyde and catalyzed by triethanolamine,then,the micro-capsules of urea resin containing polar solvent were obtained by attaching urea formaldehyde resins on the surface of the anhydrous alcohol through emulsion of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate under suitable conditions.The influences of emulsifier's quantity,value of p H,mass ratio of core/wall were studied for the synthesized micro-capsule.The results indicate that micro-capsule,which is with particle size of 120 -160 μm and coating rate of 80%,was obtained under the conditions as following:p H 2.0-4.0,heating rate of 0.2 ℃·min-1,stirring rate of 320-350 r·min-1,and controlling ratio 0.8 of core/wall.
